Gale was just 18 when was 18 when she won a modeling contest when she was 18 years old. She won a modeling competition in Perth. Gale was the winner of a modeling competition in Perth at the age of 18. Following a number of years in the industry, Gale became famous when she was chosen as a model in an advertising campaign by Omnitel (which is now an Italian telecom business (now Vodafone Italy). She appeared in their advertisements through 2006, and she was subsequently chosen with the Australian Tourist Commission as the 'face of Australia within Italy.' Gale was featured on covers for Australian Marie Claire and Grazia. She has also appeared in Italian Maxim as well as Australian InStyle. Gale has worked for Italian designers such as Gianfranco Fere Genny and Gai Mattiolo and has been on the runways of Mariella Burani Angelo Marani, and Milan Fashion Week. Gale likes a variety of Australian fashion designers including Colette Dinnigan as well as Kirrily. Johnston. Willow, Alex Perry, Willow, Willow, Willow, Willow, Willow, Willow, etc. The year 2006 was the last time she was the fashion commentator for the Australian television awards known as the Logies. Gale declared in January 2008 that she would be retiring from modeling on runways after fifteen prosperous years.
